Since the development of social
media getting faster, the existence of the blog now become rarely noticed. Not everyone is being interested in having a blogger account.
I
believe most people, especially Indonesians, are having their social media
account and it's better to share the story through its media social account than
through a blog. Especially now the existence of Instagram and
TikTok already steals people’s attention. People tend to be known with their
social media account rather than their blogger.
Personally,
I do agree if verbal communication is the best way to share our experiences,
ideas, thoughts or opinions. The first thing that comes up in my mind is we do not
need to arrange beautiful writing to share our experiences, we just
maintaining our words and directly tell people about our story. But, not
everyone wants to share their thoughts on both social media or blogs. As my friends said if they are not capable of arranging words by words to be
written beautifully in their blog. They prefer to have a second account on their
Instagram rather than writing their stories in a blog.
Moreover,
they do not have the desire to start blogging. It is because they are too busy to
scroll down their Instagram account and listen to anyone’s stories rather than
sharing their stories in the form of written text. They think that blogging just wasted their time because they should think about how to make their stories enjoyable to be read. Like an example they should think about the proper title, they should play the diction to make the language rare familiar on people's eyes until thinking about the strategy to gain more readers Different
if they share their ideas through their social media. They can express their
feelings directly by using their body language, face acts and they can make some fun
stories that everyone can watch. Moreover, if they are blogging, the readers
should imagine our story so that the readers will understand our story.
Moreover, now we are entering the millenials era in which teenagers as the large number of the population who play social media affecting society to be less attracted in the reading stories. Nowadays, people tend to find their entertainment through their social media account, not on a blog. They just come to the blogs if they want to find important information about their school's materials, not make it as a hobby.
Just love, no hates -Ayulina Wardani
The content is great that Ayulina tried to explain the reasons why people chose social media instead of blog to share their experiences and the way Ayulina arranged the topic for each paragraph is clear for me. However, I guess there are some puntuation mistakes, like the use of coma because I found some sentences quite confusing since it's a long sentence. For example in the 4th sentence of the 4th paragraph.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I noticed a grammatical error in the second paragraph, at the first sentence, I think it's better to write it this way, "I believe most people, especially Indonesians, have their own social media...." and it's easier to understand, too.
