Hi Guys! I would like to share a little bit of information on my interview with a person that has an interesting and inspiring experience with his blog and actually my close friend too. But, before that, you have to know him first. His name is Dyas Kurniawan, a student of Universitas Negeri Malang, Management Department. Outside of college, he is a DJ who was initially based in the activities of student organizations which is "SIMPLE", a student organization in the faculty of economics. He said that he had a special blog to promote or just share information and activities in a variety of events that he attended and also in his daily practice or also called as "his daily activity as the DJ" on that blog. But he said that on the blog, he is not only shared his individual activities but also his other DJ friends as another life story. He said that "Of course people who read my blog will feel bored if they have to read my daily life routine, which is from 1 person's perspective. Therefore, I also add a few other posts from my DJ friends." He also told me that actually a few days after he posted the daily life routine of some of his friends, he got a few DMs on Instagram who suggested they form a DJ team. Then, soon after, they agreed to form a DJ team, called "Sauc3 Party", which consisted of 4 people, namely Dyas, Dimas, Yogi, and Ravi.
Then, the blog that Dyas has was changed into a blog for his DJ team as well. He also created a special Instagram account for his team. Many netizens like the formation of their DJ team. They also post various information about their events, daily activities, share experiences during practice and performance, as well as share remixes of their songs and their own songs. I had heard some of their songs, which are their remix songs or their own songs and the results were incredible and pleasant to hear. I also advised them to search or if they could have a record label, but surprisingly they said that they were preparing it and had found it. Wow! That's so amazing. They also apparently have their own studio. From the blog itself, he said that there were many jobs offers to perform from various regions in East Java, and day by day there were more fans, not only students majoring in management and students of UM, but many others were outside UM.
The results they get funds 3 fold than their own performances. In addition, some of the funds they get are also from their blogs and their Instagram accounts. I was really amazed to hear that. but, behind their career success, Dyas said that their team broke up at the peak of their careers. He said that the reason behind the disbanding of members one by one was because they were busy with their own affairs, such as the focus of the thesis, having other businesses that were, fortunately, bigger, and there was a little dispute between members. Finally, their team disbanded and now Dyas is back to the beginning, performing alone and his own efforts again.
